Act the Act

Act the act but do no more than the task
That is set before you that you may bask
In the glorious sunset of the day.
Many a man and woman still run by
Forget to see in the hustle; dry
Are all their minds to eternities rays.
But you must act the act and so no more,
That you may take in the beauty, and store
Up hope for your dreams in strenuous need.
Yet know that it shall not be seen by those
Who do grow crispy green's on trees, their toes
Are tipped and unbalanced by their slight greed.
