Manner of Speaking

Satirize your words in the oils gloom
That you may not be heard but assumed; for
Allowing slogans to carry your book
Shows great downfalls. Yet had you forsook roars
Of Lion's might and walked outside the house
You might have been heard, a mouse that souses
The elephant into a frightful state!
But spoke you to soon, all in anger, the
Grating words but from a window sill; sure
Victory is not in your grasp while her
Men do bellow listlessly from inside
Glowing churches. So preach what you have said,
Instigate the truth in the hearts of pride,
Bring Truth out from the church, get out of bed!
