Entertainment

What wonders are these that do fill the mind,
Cause me to ask questions and respond in kind
Those that ask me whereby I came upon
These few questions that have sent me anon!
Yet as I stand and answer the cue of
Boys and girls I see inside many rows
Of people, all laughing in glee, their toes
In the air, head over heals if you please.
But how, I wondered, could they be so much
Enamored of such trivial things that
Do little more than incite poets touch,
Give men liberty to call women fat,
How can these things appeal to mind and soul?
Tis possible they seek to lose control?
